We accept returns and exchanges on all regular-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in the condition it was received:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Free of odors, pet hair, or damage.
With all original tags still attached.

Misprint/Final Sale Items
All discounted "Misprint" or "Perfectly Imperfect" T-shirts are Final Sale.
These items are sold at a reduced price because we have clearly advertised and disclosed that they contain human-made print flaws (e.g., crooked placement, smudges, faded ink and or small ink spots).
We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for these items based on print defects.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Email ray@vicbell.ca with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Authorization: We will review your request and send you an email with return shipping instructions (and a prepaid label, if applicable).
Ship Back: Please mail the item back to us promptly, within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
